The Sutter Lakeside Wellness Center is offering a workshop based upon the don Miguel Ruiz's book, The Four Agreements. The 5-session class begins on Monday, March 17.
For many, The Four Agreements is a life-changing book, whose ideas come from the ancient Toltec wisdom of the native people of Southern Mexico. This class focuses on what you can do to live life the way you "really" want to and looks at how you came to be where you are today and what you can do to take back your personal power for your happiness. Participants will learn to apply 'The Four Agreements,' which provide an inspirational code for life; a personal development model, and a template for personal development, behavior, communications and relationships. 'The Four Agreements' are:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
3. Don't Make Assumptions
4. Always Do Your Best
Reading don Miguel Ruiz's book, The Four Agreements, is required and there will be homework assignments.
